This incident was recently explained by our electrical laborer who is doing some old building electrical alteration work.
That old building is none other than the cement trader shop where we used to buy cement first.
Until today, the building owner did open wiring for temporary purposes for his shop… but now, he wants his commercial shop to rent to others, so he is preparing that unit. So they used our electrical contractor to spice up the rental unit to make it modern.
We made some electrical alterations to our current house.
Last month we were making some changes to our existing house related to some electrical things.
And it’s only for our own house and doesn’t include any of our rental units.
On a rough estimation, it easily cost us more than 15,000 rs on labor costs alone.
How contractors give fake RR numbers

One of their guarantees is to give 200 units of free electricity to all the houses every month!
I still don’t know what rules they will add.

This common electrical mistake cost him 6 lakhs
While our construction work was ongoing, one incident happened near our building.
The building is a double building (similar to ours)… owner did wiring to his building, and he removed the security guard from his job for some reason.
The security guy left the job from that building.
Within a few days, the owner lost 6 lakh worth of electrical wire from the building ?
The lost Wire was never recovered.
No… it’s not done by the security guy.
Electrical contractor forgot the payment we made
When our electrical contractor work was almost complete, our contractor asked me – “Sir, Payment.”
Ok… After checking with my system, I told them ₹5,000 is what we have to pay.
Our contractor – no, I think it should be around ₹10,000.
Hmm… again, some conflict.
I checked again roughly, and it showed the same ₹5,000.
New Building Buying Cement in Autos
Near our house, two new construction work is going on. I can clearly see those constructions from my building.
In that, one building owner is an EXPERIENCED house constructor. The reason is the new building he is constructing is his 3rd House.
He is not a professional builder.
He is just like us. All those buildings are owned by his family itself. In that one building, they recently sold for around 1.75cr. So they used that fund, bought a new site, and doing a new construction near our house.
