I promised to share about this contractor story today… So, I’m writing this blog post.
This contractor’s house is near our area. And he did a few projects here.
One good thing about this contractor is that he always asks for low contract prices compared to the market rate.
So, people looking for a cheap contractor go with this contractor.
Yesterday, after lunch, I was returning from our first house to the second house through the backside door.
I guess the time was around 3:30pm…
When I came to my home office, I noticed something strange near the house construction spot from my window.
Two guys came by scooty, and the building contractor put one cement bag on that scooty.
That time, the owner was not there…

A few days back I went to our village house. I haven’t shared that house story yet.
Maybe this story could help someone who has an old house and wants to do Renovation work.
When my dad was about to retire, he decided to go and settle in his hometown. He got an old house after a property partition happened between both brothers.
Right from my home office room window, I can see one new building construction work is going…
I may get a few ideas I could share here while watching the construction spot.
The owner is an experienced guy. As far as I know, this is the 3rd or 4th house construction he is doing.
Today, I got one idea when I saw their labourers taking a submersible pump from the sump.
This morning, I noticed something that was going unnoticed for quite a few days…
I’m bathing mostly in cold water instead of hot solar water.
In our first building, we have solar hot water available. But we are not using it when it’s doing its job at its peak time. That is during summertime.
A few days back, I joined Ramaiah Memorial Hospital (MS Ramaiah Hospital) for Kidney stone treatment.
There they have two buildings.
One is an old building, and another is a new building.
In both buildings, the same doctors treat, but the charges and facilities differ.
Now I’m back to Bangalore.
While I was in my village, I noticed in my friend’s house they are using Flat Rod for handrails.
I feel Flat rods are not good in terms of grip or holding experience….
I believe round rods feel much better when held than flat rods.
Today, while I was going to our agricultural plot, I had to pass through my friend’s house.
Which is still in the construction phase.
When I saw the house, I immediately liked one thing. That is, the house’s front-side tiles work.
I only saw those tiles till I passed their house. It was that good-looking tiles.
Bangalore users already started facing water issues.
If you watch the news, you may probably be aware of the issues currently going on in Banglore.
I don’t watch any news. Still, some serious news comes to me.
Anytime summer comes, water scarcity rises, and water tankers’ golden period starts.
