Here is my experience of owning it.
Currently, we use a Luminous inverter and 2 luminous battery setups in our house.
Inverter cost usually depends on the number of batteries you use.
Today while our painter was doing their work, one of the painters accidentally fell inside our sump.
Fortunately, nothing serious happened. Only his leg got little hurt… and he was in shock for some time.
He is completely inside the sump…
While falling inside the sump, he held the sump opening by his hand so he didn’t completely go inside the sump.
Immediately two other painters lifted him upside.
This happened in our first building.
When it was time to implement the Inverter setup in our first building. Our electrical contractor said this was not included in the contract, so he didn’t do that work.
That was discussed while discussing the contract, but the contractor said not discussed.
So he didn’t do that work.
Yesterday, my brother and I were filling distilled water to our inverter battery.
That time I remembered what mistake I could have made if I placed an inverter inside our house.
If it’s for rental property, then it’s ok.
If it’s for your own house, I don’t recommend keeping the Inverter setup inside your house.
There are various reasons behind it.
Yesterday we finished our front elevation painting work.
We waited a few months to stop raining.
It’s almost rained daily or day after day. So we couldn’t able to start painting work till now.
We only have front elevation painting work pending.
If rain comes, all 3 labourers don’t have any work.
Paint and Labour payments will be wasted… so we had no choice apart from waiting this long.

Our new contractor from this layout is telling us to Pay 2 lakhs rupees which includes NOC 800000 and rest all amount for DD and connection itseems.
I feel he is fraud.
