When you start your construction after doing bhoomi pooja, you usually immediately start the construction process and earthwork.
They have been trying to fix the Water not coming to their sump problem since yesterday.
It happened behind our house itself.

I thought about sharing yesterday itself…
But the work is not yet completed. Till today, 7.30 Pm, labourers are working on this task…
Tomorrow also some work will be there for civil labourers to fix.
This is not a new building… It’s an old building itself. But they started facing issues now… the reason?

In our first building, we kept 6-inch PVC pipes in the toilet and kitchen for ventilation and to install exhaust fans.
We installed a typical 6″ PVC Vent Cowl for every pipe.
I didn’t know about these rules.
The day before yesterday our relative came to our house.
While discussing, we informed how large honey bees are currently developing in our new building and how we hired a bee removal team to remove that.
That time they told… near their house some construction labourer killed one snake and how the neighbourer complained against those poor labouers even after all the neighbourer opposed her for complaining to police.
This issue happened to our first sump.
We decided to use 2 manual labourers to clean our sump.
And our sump is 30,000 to 35,000 ltr capacity.
In the beginning, we didn’t have any issues…
Everything went smoothly… until the labours reached the ending stage of cleaning.
I watched a youtube video about connecting to the main water line connection to the sump video.
In that video, one comment got my attention. His comment says:

While building our first building, we learned some lessons the really hard way.
One such lesson is hiring the wrong electrical contractor.
When we hired the wrong electrical contractor, we not only faced issues with electrical work in our building.
But we also faced an issue getting the final permanent connection from the electricity department.
After completing our building work, we waited 2 to 3 months for a permanent connection.
If you are building a multi-floor building that is bigger in size, then shifting materials with manual labourers may not be the right solution.
In manual labourers, shifting materials takes time, and labourers easily get tired of climbing staircases.
I sometimes feel it is an inhuman way to do work. So we went with material shifting with Gang.
My brother and I talked a few days back about How new labourers made smoothing finishing to wooden frames, which we didn’t know about earlier.
Until a few days back, we were unaware that painter’s task involves these things and that they can do those smooth finishing work for wooden frames.
Our 1st painting contractor stopped working on our building due to personal problems.
