Our engineer didn’t guide us, nor did our building contractor.
It’s an experience that I gained from the rental property that we stayed before.
I’m thankful for that property.

It’s not the product that I recommend in my blog post. It’s something else. Out of curiosity, I opened the product and checked what was special about this product.
The only thing I noticed is that it’s a little bit cheaper than the product I’m recommending and has fewer features.
When my water level controller stops working
Today at 7:13 Am, I got a call from an unknown number.
As it’s early morning… I was still sleeping, so I didn’t receive the call.
I immediately got a WhatsApp text, which I didn’t notice.
Again, I got a call from another tenant. I saw that it was our tenant. I now received a call while I was on the bed.
Solar water heating vs solar panels – My thoughts on it
I never had personal experience using solar panels… But I have a lot of experience using solar water heaters.
Most users directly go with the solar water heater solution without considering other options like Solar Panels because solar panels are less popular than solar water heaters.
I’m writing here to share some thoughts on this topic.
In our first building, we are using a Solar Water Heater. When we installed a few years back, our Karnataka government was offering 50rs discount on the electricity bill. (Now they removed this scheme)

bigger commercial building but now under ICICI control
Last Saturday, my brother Avi and I went somewhere. While coming, we were waiting for the signal.
While waiting, one big commercial building caught my eye.
It’s in a prime location. Perfect location for commercial activity.
- It’s on the main road
- nearby metro stop
- near the bus stop
- enough foot traffic
- nearby IKEA store
You name it, this building location has it.

We did it in our first building when we had only 4 houses.
In the second building, we had 9 houses, which means I should be spending a good amount of money in the second building.

We already had some experience maintaining taps, which was an issue in our first building.
While building the second building, we thought of doing some solutions to fix tap blocking by using an overhead water tank filter.
We also bought filters from Amazon… and implemented them.
After using it for almost 1 year, here’s what I have to say.
Thought of buying a network box?
Yesterday, my brother worked on some changes in the network box.
As it’s Sunday, we will always work on house-related stuff or improve the existing setup.
The current network setup has caused some issues over the past few months… so my brother decided to fix that issue by trying a workaround.
Somehow, we were able to fix that issue.
