I booked Ola Auto to reach the service center.
While traveling, the auto driver and I started casually speaking…
The auto driver asked – “Sir, which payment method did you choose?”
I Answered, “Cash.”
Choosing a name for our new building took me soo long…
For almost 2 months, our family and I searched for a name for our new building.
Finally… after searching a lot, I got a name that is Good and satisfies some of my conditions.
Today is the last day of this year’s Financial year.

When you start your MS fabrication work on your building, do all kinds of small tasks you may need.
Example: Valve operating handle, which you need for your sump to ON/OFF the valve.
They usually do this type of small task when they are doing bulk work without any additional price. But if you went fabricator shop separately to get that valve operating handle, they will charge separately.
I didn’t get a better title idea than the above title, so I’m going with it.
Anyway, my point is. I already shared such an incident recently. Again I had another such incident keep happening—here is the story about it.
We had one house construction labor from our building contractor. We prefer him for any kind of cleaning job. He does the cleaning job Perfectly, so we tell our contractor to send him only.
A few days back, I shared a pressure issue on 3rd floor problem. I thought that complaint got solved to some extent.
Nope… I was wrong.
When I met my 3rd-floor tenant Zyan, he complained about the same issue: “bro, sometimes water almost stops coming into the toilet, and I never faced such an issue with kitchen taps.”
After I heard that complaint again, I called our plumber to check the issue. He said he would come within 2 days.
Suddenly 2 people came with our granite contractor to our construction house at 10 Am.
No, no… not a severe issue.
Our granite contractor… “Sir, they have to see our granite work. Please give me the building keys so I can show the work?”
My dad. “OK., here are the keys”.
They went to see the granite work and returned after a few minutes to give back the keys.
All of them left now.
Yesterday… I had to order cement. I just needed to order only 10 bags. Because our building is already in the finishing stage, the method I explained in cement pricing secrets won’t work in low quantity orders.
So I had no option but to look for a nearby cement seller.
It was afternoon… I took my bike to check pricing with all the local sellers. Here’s their response.
Yesterday I went to assist our relative in buying a laptop. While waiting for him, one incident happen.
I was waiting alone on the bus stop.
One guy came near me and asked, “do you know Kannada.” I replied, “yes.”
The guy started saying, “Sir, I was supposed to go xxxxx, but I lost money, and now I’m short of cash to get there. Can you please help me?“
