P K Arun Yesterday, while I was going from my Home office (second building) to our first building on the back side door, I noticed something behind our house.
That is, neighbour kids were playing on a cloth swing in front of their house on the first floor…
All those kids were laughing too loud, and it got my attention.
Suddenly, I thought I needed to do the same in our house so our kids could play.
Yesterday was Saturday, so my brother was staying at our house. So, I planned to implement my Sump automation to stop water automatically once the sump is full.
This is the same as what float valves do, but no height limit exists.
That means… no matter where your Tap located inside the sump, it can perform On/Off of tap based on the water level you set.
The same concept has been implemented in my first building but not in the second building… now recently our water man leaving too much water so we need to On and Off tap many times a week.
Some time ago, I received an email from one of my customers.

Looks like our contractors experimented his new suggestion implementing it in our building.

If you plan to use an inverter set up in your house, I have one tip to share today.
The tip is to buy BLDC fans when buying a fan. Especially if you are going to have an inverter set up in your house.
The reason is that BLDC fans run longer periods compared to normal fans when a power cut happens.
Your inverter battery gives you a much longer backup time.
When I went on the Rameswaram trip, I noticed somewhere in some public lights that they adopted the same concept that I shared inside my outdoor lights automation.

I was shopping for AC and computer components to build a custom PC for my home office yesterday.
I prefer online shopping to offline shopping for convenience and savings.
I can always find good discounts and offers in an online shop rather than offline shops.
These days, I learned one more lesson that I would like to share with you to save even more. I used to ignore this for a few years, but one day, I decided to change this after seeing my brother getting more savings than me.
We reached around 2 am Bangalore from the Rameshwarm trip. That time, we took our friend’s vehicle, and he also came with us.
He knows how to drive his car. He is not an expert, but he drives his car.
But the funny thing is my friend doesn’t park his SUV inside his house parking space. 🙂
