Our engineer didn’t guide us, nor did our building contractor. It’s an experience that I gained from the rental property that we stayed before. I’m thankful for that property. If they hadn’t made such a mistake on their property and I didn’t practically face such an issue myself, then I don’t think we would have taken care of that mistake in our building. I don’t think our engineer or building contractor bothered to explain to avoid making that mistake....
Hello… Hello… Hello… Cut call. Our old cook acted like he could not hear my voice and cut the call. For the past 2 days, I tried to reach him. He is doing the same kind of acting repeatedly. This time, I got confirmation that he was intentionally acting. I got up from my chair and went to the hall to inform my dad. My dad: Okay. Me: For the second building, I was feeling happy thinking this time, none of the contractors played any extra game because of following my house construction tracking system....

While building your house, one thing you should master is… saying “NO” to your contractor. What I’m referring to is… Contractors usually call suddenly out of nowhere and tell some story to ask for money… That’s a common practice done by all contractors in most cases. Once you say YES… they may return it or ask you to deduct it from future payments. And within a few days, they will have some other issues....
It’s 1st Dec 2022. I informed our plumbing contractor to come early… Look like he took my words too seriously and came around 9 am itself instead of his normal time like - 11:30 Am, which is usually after dropping his daughter at her school. Please give me the building keys so I can show the work?” My dad. “OK., here are the keys”. They went to see the granite work and returned after a few minutes to give back the keys. All of them left now....
Our NEW building painting work is going on. The same painting contractor took another building painting contract. That other building owner is our friend itself, and their building is just behind our building. Like every Contractor, he also Started their painting work and left working after a few days telling let other (Wood, Granite & Tiles) work get complete and then will start painting work or else again I need to do painting work....
