Mold pipes got blocked, and now owner asks to do concealed wiring

This incident was recently explained by our electrical laborer who is doing some old building electrical alteration work. We made some electrical alterations to our current house.

Last month we were making some changes to our existing house related to some electrical things. And it’s only for our own house and doesn’t include any of our rental units. On a rough estimation, it easily cost us more than 15,000 rs on labor costs alone. These are not any major changes… These are only small changes which we felt if we had that electrical features would help to make our job easier… some are cosmetic, some are functional, some are mistakes done by our contractor, and a few are structural changes....

This common electrical mistake cost him 6 lakhs

While our construction work was ongoing, one incident happened near our building. The building is a double building (similar to ours)… owner did wiring to his building, and he removed the security guard from his job for some reason. The security guy left the job from that building. Within a few days, the owner lost 6 lakh worth of electrical wire from the building 😱 The lost Wire was never recovered....
