Dont Make Labourers Work Like This

Right, in front of my home office window, one construction work is going on… Today, they are doing pillar concrete work. It looks like the owner or contractor asked labourers to do overnight work to finish all the concrete work on the pillars. The problem is, at 7.50PM, they are still doing concrete work. Now, a power failure has also happened here in my place. So they don’t have any alternative light arrangement or power to use a concrete vibrator to properly set concrete inside the pillar box....

Rent Not Getting Paid for 6 Months+

Today my mom brother came to our house. While discussing, I generally speak about business stuff more… While speaking with them, I asked how their rental property was doing. They shared that our saree weaving business is down, so our tenants staying at our rental property are not paying rent. Most of their tenants are labourers of saree weaving, and when saree is not in demand, owners also stop power looms....

How to Plan During Rainy Days

Today it’s raining here… If you are constructing your house during rain, it causes a lot of disturbance, especially during plastering time. I remembered one of my personal incidents during rain. Due to limited knowledge, we did not plan properly during the construction of our first building. We were simply going with the standard construction flow. During the rainy season, our first building outside plastering came. We didn’t bother much…...

I Listend to a Lady Owner Conversation

When we were constructing our second house, I went to a nearby hardware shop to buy some items. There, a new lady homeowner came to purchase some items. During billing time, that lady asked the shop owner for an alternative solution for the float valve. As it stops water before filling the sump. She was explaining the same issue that I was facing. Her sump tap is installed somewhat down inside the sump, and the standard float valve does not allow the tap to fill the water....

Soon to Start Construction Guy Called Me Today

Today at around 6 PM, I got a call from one guy… Who got my number from the Facebook ads I run to sell my products. I usually get calls about product queries, doubts, etc. I always answer such calls. Even for low-priced products. When I picked up this guy’s call, he asked he needed some help from me… I asked what type of help Sir… He replied I’m planning to construct my house soon....

Inside Room Chajja Required or Not

A few days back, I watched a YouTube video and found an interior designer video. In that video, one interior designer shares why chajja is not required in homes. I’m talking about the chajja that comes inside the room. Every new house these days comes with a wall drop. Most woodwork guys, building contractors, and interior designers suggest not doing room chajja. If you have a wall drop, room chajja is usually not required....

One of the Home Owner Problem and the Solution I Discovered

Staying in rental property is one type of problem… Having our own house and managing it properly is another type of problem… This is what I noticed after we entered our first house. Out of all the homeowner’s problems, one problem that fell under my responsibility was operating the sump valve weekly. The float valve is a perfect solution to automate… In our case, our tap is located a little deep inside the sump....

Sump Valve Automation - Automate Your Sump Valve No Matter How Deep your Sump Valve/Tap is Located Inside your Sump

Once we entered our first building after house construction was over, the issue I noticed was operating the Sump Valve every week. I was the only guy who needed to monitor and operate the sump valve On/Off every time… because I’m the guy who works from my home office and stays at home. So, every week, I need to turn off my sump valve when water starts overflowing from our sump....

50000 Liters Sump

Yesterday, I met with some users who came looking for rental units. We had one vacancy, so they came to our house to inquire about the vacant property. While we casually discussed, he asked about any water issues in this area like they asked. When discussing this water topic, one of the parents replied that he had a 50,000 Ltr sump in their building, which they use for garage purposes....

I Miss This Thing for My Daughter

Yesterday, while I was going from my Home office (second building) to our first building on the back side door, I noticed something behind our house. That is, neighbour kids were playing on a cloth swing in front of their house on the first floor… All those kids were laughing too loud, and it got my attention. Suddenly, I thought I needed to do the same in our house so our kids could play....
